- Is there a money-back guarantee?

- What happens if I stop?
- The BigQuery tables are in your own Google Cloud project, so they stay. pirio stops syncing and app access ends. Nothing is deleted on our side because nothing lives on our side.
- Are custom connectors included?
- Standard connectors are. A connector we don’t have yet, or a stack that doesn’t fit the template, is scoped and priced separately. Write to us with what you run.
- Do I need engineers?
- No. You authorize the platforms from the app with OAuth or an API token; the first sync runs that night.
- What about Google Cloud costs?
- BigQuery storage and queries run in your own project and are billed by Google to you, not through pirio. The amount depends on your data volume; we help you keep it in check during setup.
